They made a mistake on my order and I didn't realize it until I got home 20 mins later. I called and they were more than willing to make it right. No one is perfect and mistakes happen. It's how you handle those mistakes that matter.
I have never been a sandwich person but when a friend recommended this place a whole new world opened up to me. The first week I must have eaten their meatball grinder several times. When I order the meatball I add jalapenos, salami, steak, pepperoni, and pepperoncini. It's legit the best sandwich I have ever eaten. What's even more amazing is the size of the subs and the prices are so reasonable.
Best place around to get fresh grinders. The pizza isn't bad either.
I ordered off of Doordash. Drivers messed up the order 2 separate times! When I contacted the restaurant, they went above and beyond to fix my order, and were very kind during each phone interaction and in person. Third times a charm, and the steak grinder is to die for!! Thank you thank you to the staff who works the night shift on Sept. 8th 2023 you guys are awesome.
There's no dining in, but if you're craving a hot sandwich, best come here for the grinders.
The steak and cheese grinder was excellent as always. Just up for a visit and I really miss Mancino's while in Florida.
Great fast service. Sub shop is currently only takeout, no inside seating. Great combo deal on half sandwich, chips and drink for 11.80
Great food. Usually get the Italian grinder. No tap pay though so bring a card or cash in.
